Johnson Hall – Open-Hearth Cooking Workshop

Food historian Sara Evenson will lead this hands-on 18th century cooking class in the slave quarters, followed by a meal of the prepared food. Limited to 6 participants. $100 per participant, payable to the Friends of Johnson Hall – pre-registration and pre-payment required.
